This Website provides general information about AQS and its construction commercial consultancy services, and allows visitors to submit enquiries. It does not itself create a contract for professional services between you and AQS. Any engagement for AQS to provide services on a specific project is governed by a separate, signed letter of engagement or agreement, which will set out its own scope, fees and terms.

AQS provides construction commercial consultancy services, including cost consulting, cost planning, measurement and valuation, commercial management, contract administration, and claims and commercial advisory support.

AQS is not currently registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) or the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS), and does not hold itself out as a registered “quantity surveyor” or “Professional Quantity Surveyor” within the meaning of the Quantity Surveying Profession Act 49 of 2000. Where a specific project requires work reserved by law to a registered person, AQS will advise accordingly and, where appropriate, work alongside or refer clients to an appropriately registered professional.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, the AQS name and logo, and the Website’s design — is the property of AQS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
